Leif Erickson is a co-founder and partner at Viking Capital Partners, where two decades of real estate and construction experience are matched by a genuine commitment to the people behind every investment.

Leif's journey began in 2000 when he founded Erickson Construction in Utah, spending years managing residential and commercial projects — learning operations, budgeting, and leadership from the ground up. In 2020, he and Roxanna made a bold move to Oahu, Hawaii, where he stepped into an asset manager role for a large investment group — helping steer struggling projects toward successful completion and exit — while simultaneously earning his real estate license.

But what drives Leif isn't deal flow. It's people.

He believes investors deserve more than returns — they deserve a partner who communicates honestly, shows up when things get hard, and treats their trust as the most valuable thing in the room.

Roxanna Erickson is a co-founder and partner at Viking Capital Partners, where she focuses on investor relations and building the relationships that sit at the heart of the firm.

Roxanna's background spans real estate transaction coordination and years spent managing the details that keep a household — and a business — running. That combination gave her something rare: a behind-the-scenes understanding of how real estate deals actually come together, paired with the people skills to make investors feel genuinely at ease.

In 2020, she and Leif made the leap from Utah to Oahu, Hawaii — a move that marked a new chapter personally and professionally. What began as a bold pivot became the foundation for Viking Capital Partners, built together from the ground up.
